Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-06-16

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Loquitur website (the "Service"). By accessing and using the Service, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Loquitur website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree, you should not use the Service.

These Terms apply to the public preview website only. Any future production service, registry, API or commercial relationship will be governed by separate written terms agreed directly with you.

2. Description of Service

Loquitur provides verification infrastructure for real-world asset (RWA) evidence, designed to produce privacy-preserving, verifiable commitments for tokenization, due diligence and audit contexts. The Service is currently published as a public preview that describes this work.

All protocol surfaces, developer artifacts, registry previews and diagrams shown on the Service are illustrative and represent preview-stage design rather than a live, production-ready system.

3. Preview Status and No Commercial Offer

Nothing on the Service constitutes an offer of services, a commercial commitment, a guarantee of availability, a service-level agreement or a warranty of fitness for any purpose.

The Service does not claim production registry availability, live chain anchoring, a stable SDK or API, external audit, certification, a bug bounty or an enterprise service-level agreement. Status labels indicate what is and is not yet claimed.

4. No Financial or Investment Advice

Nothing on the Service is investment, financial, valuation, tax, legal or regulatory advice, and nothing on it is a recommendation to issue, buy, sell, hold or trade any tokenized asset, security or financial instrument. You are solely responsible for obtaining independent professional advice before making any related decision.

5. Intellectual Property

Loquitur and the Loquitur mark are claimed as unregistered trade marks by Andrea Venè, who operates this Website as a natural person; no registration has been applied for or granted. The Service, including its text, diagrams, layout and visual design, is protected by intellectual property law. References to third-party names, technologies or organizations are illustrative and do not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Service, including, without limitation:

  • accessing data not intended for you;
  • attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network, or to breach security or authentication measures;
  • using any automated means (crawlers, scrapers) to access the Service without express permission, except for standard search-engine indexing;
  • interfering with, disrupting or placing an unreasonable load on the Service or its infrastructure;
  • misrepresenting the preview status of the project as a production or commercial commitment.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Loquitur makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content or materials included on it, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Loquitur shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this Service, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages, or for any loss arising from decisions made on the basis of preview content. Implementation and integration decisions should rely on direct scoping discussions rather than on the public preview Service.

9. Changes to the Service and to These Terms

The Service is under active development, and its content, structure and availability may change, be suspended or be removed at any time without notice. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

The Loquitur team is based in Italy. To the extent these preview Terms are enforceable, they are governed by Italian law and, where applicable, by European Union law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. A definitive operating entity, jurisdiction and dispute-resolution framework will be documented before production operation or any commercial relationship.

11. Contact

If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us via our contact page.
